All specs refer to singular products and not multiples unless specified. Due to the nature of the material and the cutting and fabrication process, minor dimensional variances may occur. Custom options are available upon request. PET Panels are sold individually and shipped flat. Please note that not all colors come in all kinds of thicknesses.

100% PET felt made with at least 50% post-consumer recycled content

Fire Rating

Fire Classification (PN-EN 13501-1). Testing of selected material samples confirms the following fire reaction ratings:
FR Panels: B-s 1, d0
Regular Panels: C-s2, d0

Easy installation

PET Panels can be installed on walls and ceilings as well as in office furniture systems and wall panel systems. Panels can be customized into clouds, baffles, tiles, and more. Panels are also tackable for a multipurpose solution in office spaces or educational facilities. SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance) is a globally recognized testing, inspection, and certification company that verifies product quality, safety, and compliance with international standards.

Our PET Felt panels have been tested for reaction to fire in accordance with EN 13501-1:2018.

These tests confirm the fire classification of our products and their compliance with safety requirements for construction materials.

The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a standardized document that provides transparent and verified information about a product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle.
ARES
ISO 9001 (ARES Certification)

This certificate confirms that the manufacturer operates in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard, covering the production and sales of cork-based products.

Issued by ARES International Certification, the certification verifies that consistent quality control processes, operational standards, and continuous improvement systems are in place.
AKUSTIKVERKSTAN
Akustikverkstan is a renowned acoustic laboratory specializing in sound performance testing of materials and interior solutions.

Our PET Felt panels have been tested in accordance with SS-EN ISO 354:2003 (reverberation room method), with results evaluated under SS-EN ISO 11654:1997.
The test report (No. 4358-R1) confirms the sound absorption performance and acoustic efficiency of our panels.
ITC
ITC is an accredited European testing laboratory based in the Czech Republic, specializing in material testing and certification for construction products.

Our PET Felt panels have been tested for formaldehyde emissions in accordance with ČSN EN 12149:1997 (method C), as confirmed by Test Report No. 465200236-01.

The results show a formaldehyde emission level of < 1 mg/kg, confirming very low emissions and compliance with indoor air quality and safety requirements.
PAVUS
PAVUS is a certified European fire testing laboratory specializing in reaction-to-fire assessment of construction materials.

Our PET Felt panels were tested in accordance with EN ISO 11925-2 and EN 13823 (SBI method). The results confirm fire classification up to C-s2,d0, depending on product configuration and thickness.

In particular, samples without flame retardant achieved C-s2,d0,meeting European fire safety requirements for building materials.
RINA
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management standard that ensures consistent production processes, high product quality, and continuous improvement.

Our production facility is certified under ISO 9001 (Certificate No. 35607/17/AN), covering PET felt processing, label printing, and bookbinding, confirming compliance with strict quality management requirements.

Chemical Analysis (Extraction Test)

Our PET Felt material has been tested for chemical composition and substance release in accordance with PN-EN 15309:2010, as confirmed by Test Report No. S/199/25.

The analysis included extraction testing and determination of key compounds. Results confirm low levels of formaldehyde (< 20 mg/kg) and controlled presence of chemical elements, demonstrating the material’s safety and suitability for interior applications.
PZH
PZH or the State Institute of Hygiene, is a Polish public health institution. PZH conducts scientific research, monitors the health of the population, assesses health risks, and issues opinions and certificates on the safety of products, including food products, cosmetics and building materials.

Our PET acoustic panels got a positive opinion for use in production for indoor spaces. and suitability for interior applications.
ITB
ITB or the Building Research Institute, is a Polish scientific and research institution specializing in research, certification and development of standards for building materials and systems.

Testing and development of fire classification according to PN-EN 13501-1 consisted in the evaluation of the reaction to fire of our acoustic panels following : EN 13501-1 :2007+A1 :2009 .
